I always passed this up because I figured it was just another addition to the trend of Japanese schlock being released like Machine Girl or Samurai Princess.

I loved it. I havent seen those other you mentioned. The only thing mildly Japanese is the girl, who just lays there.

Its a rather Tarantino type film. Mark Hamil plays an absolute golden part. I couldnt believe how great he was. Id also say that its likely the best form Ive seen Tony Todd in.

I would love to know more about this title, it rings familiar to me but unsure, Cover looks gnarly and like what it states on it.

An interesting late '70s supernatural thriller crossed with a slasher. It's far from Walker's best, but one I enjoy all the same.

I have the old Anchor Bay Pete Walker Coffin DVD set, but thought it was time for an upgrade.
