You heard wrong. I'm only on the fourth mission but I'm really enjoying it so far. A refreshing change from the plague of copy/paste first and third person shooters that seem to dominate the market.

I think it's a reboot of sorts of an old PC franchise called UFO. You might be thinking of The Bureau which is a third person shooter set in the XCOM universe, I've heard nothing but bad things as far as that one goes.

Finally gave in and picked up a pre-owned copy of GTA 5. Only complaint is that I really don't like Trevor very much.

Deus Ex Human Revolution.

Took me a while to get into this. I have no prior experience with the series but once I got used to things, I started to love it. Definitely gonna play the original after this.

I loved that game, I ended up not finishing it though... Just never picked it back up.

I've been swapping between Assassins Creed IV, Battlefield 4 and the new Killer Instinct.

I really wasn't expecting to be blown away.. But fuck is this some serious awesome fun, I wasn't sure how all thee wall running would play out either.. All extremely smooth.
