Cool, I didn't want to put the usual films that everyone always puts on lists. I've been brainstorming this list for awhile now. Sunk into the Womb is the only new one I added, but it's new to me. It's from 2013 and never seen it mentioned before. Also I wanted them to be pretty fucked up. Finding obscure films is easy but fucked up as well made it a little harder. I originally had a Pink film titled Captured For Sex 2 on there, but they didn't this it was appropriate for the site.

Some of the most fucked up films I've ever seen have no gore neither are they horror films.  Horror films have this reputation but most of them are silly.

But even that's not real.  There's real stuff out there that might affect you psychologically if you watch them.  One of the disturbing things I've seen is a guy setting himself on fire and you see the aftermath and everything.

Horror films are just fantasy.  But it's a good way to prepare you for the horror of life.

I've been using your Letterboxd for my searches, didnt even really put together the connection until now.  Great list for the other site as well.  Agree with Count, horror isn't as disturbing as it is fantasy, when film holds up the mirror of what reality is and shows the unspeakable acts were can and willing commit I'm more distrubed.
Even though it is disturbing to sit through I find it be a fulfilling experience, we need to contemplate our own experiences and also what can drive someone to do these things.
