Cat People
« on: January 15, 2020, 01:56:49 AM »
Cat People originated in 1942:

This is a classic 1940s horror film.

Then came the sequel in 1944:

I haven't really watched it but it seems to have a more fantasy tone than horror.

Then came a remake in 1982:

This is my personal favourite.

Anybody else a fan of Cat People?

Haven't seen it signs the 80s. Only have vague memories, should revisit, only just got a re-release over here through that company with the silver grey covers.

Shock Entertainment released it under 'cult cinema' brand.  It's the only good way to watch it since there are no decent torrents I could find online.  The quality is good, but it's completely barebones, not even subtitles.

I like a bit of nudity and gore.  Natassia Kinski is so hot in this.
