....we had to improvise and work with what little resources we were given.  I think the greatest suspense pictures are shot with minimal locations.

just read about bullshit with 'The Walking Dead' and some other nonsense from Lalaland..it never ends..man was I fortunate to grow up in the 1970's...all I have to say is political correctness is ruining (has) the movie going experience..not just scary films..madness is everywhere..of course some great horror shows nothing..fantastic if thats your intention..however to censor to a bunch of whiny pussies is going too far...when it comes to art, don't be afraid..don't ask if the idiots are ok in their safe spaces - leave that to the brainwashed millennials...have your own vision..just do your own thing man..i love 'I Love Lucy' as much as anyone, but if you're gonna make a horror film, make a motherfuckin horror film ;)

Many documentaries are closer to fiction than reality, so disagree with Hitchcock on that.

i guess that does really all depend on the documentary. I wish I could have picked Hitchcock's brain. Seemed like such an interesting dude.

Golden Globes, Oscars, etc....cant watch these self serving, elitist morons pat each other on the back, bestow more accolades on themselves and procelytize to the masses. There are exceptions and some good talented people left obviously but I cant wade through the swamps of most of these plastic out of touch people.

I see the world burning. Fucking itself as it is burnt and tilled over. Take it as hard as I give it or back the fuck down, because I won’t. I’m a machine gun devouring rounds and piercing flesh… Fuck you bitch, punk, trick. Fuck you sexy and hard. Slow and deep… I’ll squeeze your neck till you turn red, you like it… I know you like it. Gasp… Weep.

Cowards, I see you… I’m shoving it right down your throats.

Excellent film. Loved it. With directors like Ari Aster, Jordan Peele, David Robert Mitchell, and Robert Eggers out there workin' their magic, this past half-decade has shaped up to be an unusually exciting time for theatrically released studio horror.
