There are allot of great behind the scene's videos on YouTube.
Here are a couple I have found, have you got an make up FX videos from YouTube?
Please share them, My favorite thing to do is watch how it is all done the level of talent and varied techniques is amazing.

Here is ADI's amazing work for the remake of the thing (pity all the fx got ruined by the digital department and erased)

This is Steve Wang talking about his love of FX and his background. He is an amazing fx artist, he has made some of the most amazing suits and he is a master fx painter and sculptor.

Here is a promo video for HARBINGER DOWN: A Practical Creature FX Film written and directed by Alec Gillis. They have a kickstarer but it is closed and they have the money so I can't wait to se this film

Here is a link to an amazing web series on special Fx make up. It is kinda like a long running behind the scenes of an FX workshop. The work shop is run buy non other than Robert Kurtzman! The K in KNB EFX group. I will do a longer write up when I am feeling a bit better, I watch both seasons in one night to give you an idea how addictive it is.

I found the first 10 eps a bit dull, but after the tenth they find their style and it really gets good.
