Title is more than fitting!

Really love the look they went for, everything a person could love about more dark and dirty Japanese UG gore cinema!

Cute little video from the indiegogo page from Director Takashi Hirose, his cute little smile at the end with the blood on his face  :red_heart:

I saw this... AMAZING fucking movie! Gonna be one of those silent smash hits! I didn't liked the forced graininess of it... they use a "FILM" look on a clearly digital film. However, brutal as fuck it could be a guinea pig film! The cover dope as fuck! This is a film I'm overly excited about!

BRUTAL: A savage murderer is on the prowl in Japan. One by one, his victims fall but what is he searching for? The same thing a murderess is looking for. We are all looking for that special love of our lives and sometimes, we're willing to kill everyone to find that special someone. This is the tale of two people finding each other in the most vicious way possible.

I bought the blu-ray a few weeks ago from the Amazon. I have a short stack of movies to get through first. This one is on the bottom because subtitles. I'll get to it eventually.

It was OK. I was rather liking it until the ending, which I think is really fucking stupid. It was a fun enough ride till then, though

Felt it was a build up to the end, why i dug it myself.

Felt 'Japanese' if that makes any sense...like comparing sushi from one of those Asian places compared to sushi from a Japanese run place, has it's own distinct flavour. Felt like in ways to being able to compare it to older films before the CGI and bright colours craziness came along...like going home in ways...

Fuck this probably won't make sense...but the only way at this time of the morning i can describe it.

Comparing this movie to sushi made me not want to watch it. That's disgusting.

This made sense to me.

It was like going home again to something comfortable. It brought back memories from years ago watching the classic Cat III's with the remarkable violence and the extreme. All Night Long Films, Grotesque and others. Refreshing surprise, although Biro only picks the best to release.

I liked Grotesque. If it's anything like that then this should at least be okay.
